Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We process refunds through Stripe, our payment processor. The refund will appear on your statement as a credit from "RankEdge" or "Tech Edge Digital Solutions."

4.3 Currency and Fees

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction. We do not deduct any processing fees from your refund amount for requests made within the 30-day guarantee period.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are different processes. Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.

5.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future periods
  • No automatic refund is issued for unused time (unless within 30-day guarantee)

5.2 Requesting a Refund After Cancellation

If you have already canceled and wish to request a refund under our 30-day guarantee, you must still contact us separately via email within the 30-day window.

6. Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions:

  • Within 30 Days: Full refund of the annual payment
  • After 30 Days: No refund available; you may cancel to prevent future renewal

We do not offer prorated refunds for annual subscriptions after the 30-day guarantee period.

7. Plan Changes and Upgrades

7.1 Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan, you are charged the prorated difference. Upgrade charges are subject to the original 30-day guarantee if made within that window.

7.2 Downgrades

When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the difference between plans.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks can result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of access to the Service
  • Ineligibility for future subscriptions
